Do wolves get dandruff? Nobody grooms them ….
I think that grooming MIGHT play some role, my granny always believed that brushing our hair will make it shiny.
However, while that might improve things, I do believe that poor skin condition has an underlying issue inside the dog, rather than outside of him.
Informative article. Both my pug and my bulldog suffers from dandruff, due to the altitude we live. We’ve found that if we bath our dogs at least every 10 days, they don’t have dandruff. We also make sure they are rinsed well. Thanks and take care!
