OK this may be my last post on the Dog food Recall…not because I am not concerned about it, I truly am, but rather there is a fantastic blog I recently discovered that is right on top of this issue. So if any of you need more information on the dog food recall please visit the Pet Connection Blog

Their last post suggests three other places to go to get the most up to date information on what dog foods are being recalled (yes there are more foods being recalled)… these three are - itchmo, The Pet Food List, and Pet Food tracker

Be sure if you have any of these foods to not feed it to your dog, but I know the majority of you reading this feed raw or a holistic brand of dog food.

and interestingly SmartPak has voluntarily recalled one of their new dog foods because they used rice protein from the same company that is the source of the toxins in the recalled dog food list. Check out the story here… www.emaxhealth.com/75/11397.html
